Course Registration Fee Refund Policy:

·      Course fees are fully refundable only during the official registration period.

·      Once the registration period has closed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

·      Since registration timelines differ across courses, the refund eligibility period will also vary accordingly.

Refund Request Process:

·      Students must first submit their refund request to the Course Incharge via email.

·      The Course Incharge will then forward the email to the eLearning mailing address: admin@e-alhuda.com

·      Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of the request.

·      Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of registration.

Note: After registration closes, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
