Course Registration Fee Refund Policy

• Course fees are fully refundable only during the official registration period.
• Once the registration period has closed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
• Since registration timelines differ across courses, the refund eligibility period will also vary accordingly.

Refund Request Process

• Students must first submit their refund request to the Course Incharge via email.
• The Course Incharge will then forward the email to the eLearning team at admin@e-alhuda.com.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of the request.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of registration.
