This website is operated by Al-Huda eLearning. Throughout the site, the terms “eAlhuda”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Al-Huda eLearning. eAlhuda offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies mentioned on our Privacy Policy page. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, students, teachers or parents.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE COURSES

We offer online courses of two types, self-paced and instuctor-led.

1. Self-paced courses are all free and does not have any age limit.
2. Instructor-led courses may have minimum age limits. Some courses are not offered without parent’s or guardian’s consent. Your parent or guardian, teacher, or eAlhuda administrator can view all information within or associated with your Platform account, including, without limitation, messages between you and your teacher and grades you received on assignments. Please know that misrepresenting your age is illegal.

SECTION 2 – PAYMENT

We accept payments through Credit/Debit Card, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or Bank Transfer. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) in our Credit purchasing process, we encrypt the transmission of that information using TLS technology. We do not save or store any credit card information and it is directly securely processed by the gateway from whom we have acquired the service.

Some courses have recurring payments. We do not directly charge our customers their Credit/Debit card, EasyPaisa or JazzCash; instead we send them invoice on the same date on which registration for course was started. Recurring payments have a due date of 5 days after which student account will be locked out.

We allot dedicated teachers for all paid courses within limited time slots so we do not offer any refund after the registration period is ended.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
