Q. How do I register for a course?

A. If you have not signed up yet, you can select your desired courses during the sign up process. Otherwise, after login you can register for any course through the course detail page.

Q. How do I purchase a course?

A. Unless its mentioned, all our Instructor-led courses are paid courses. You can register for these courses during registration period only either during sign up if you are a new student or after login through course detail page. An invoice will be generated for you with link to pay for the course.

Q. How do I access the courses I have paid for?

A. After login, from the left bar click the My Courses icon and it will take you to the My Courses page which will list all courses you have taken.

Q. Do I have to complete the course in one go?

A. Self-paced courses does not have time limit and you can complete the course at your own pace and according to your own schedule. Instructor-led courses are based on time slots and should be followed according to the Instructor.

Q. Do I receive a certificate?

A. Digital certificates can be downloaded any time from My Courses page once the course is completed.

Q. How can I cancel a course?

A. You can cancel course any time from Cancel Course button on course detail page. Instructor-led or paid course once cancelled should be informed to admin in case you want to rejoin it later. Self-paced courses can be cancelled and retaken any time by a student without any prior notice to admin.
